Privacy policy

This explains what information I collect from people who contact or hire me, and how I use and protect it.

What I collect

When you get in touch, I collect what you share with me, usually your name, email address, and the details of your project. For active clients, I also collect the billing details I need to send invoices.

How I use it

I use this information to talk with you and complete the work you hired me for. I do not sell, rent, or share client information with other companies for marketing.

Storage

Client messages and project files are kept on secured devices and trusted cloud services. I keep files for the length of the project and a reasonable time after, then delete them on request.

Payment processing

I use PayPal to send invoices and receive payment. PayPal handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. I do not store your card numbers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of any personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I do keep basic records of completed payments.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Standard server logs may be kept for security and performance.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new last updated date.
